About Me

Prior to establishing Forrest Coaching & Development, Wayne has held numerous senior management positions across many different industry sectors, which brings a depth and breadth of experience, knowledge and wisdom to his coaching and development practice.

He has applied his coaching, development and broader organisational development capabilities in a range of environments including hospitality and events, information technology, oil and gas, mining, construction, and manufacturing businesses.

In most, if not all cases, the environment in which he has worked have been undertaking significant organisational change, honing his capability in managing and leading change.

Wayne’s passion is for coaching, training and developing people and teams to achieve positive and sustainable individual, team and organisational success.

Some of his business clients have included Origin Energy, Xstrata Coal, Exxon Mobil, Fujitsu Consulting (Energy Australia), Oilsearch PNG, Balmain Leagues Club, Hans Smallgoods, Club Managers’ Association Australia.
