Leading and Managing Change

Guiding and supporting individuals and teams through periods of change (transitional and transformational) Leading change involves setting a vision, shaping a roadmap, and inspiring people to follow that vision. Managing change involves executing specific plans and strategies to implement change in a structured and sustainable manner including, identifying potential obstacles or resistance to change, developing and implementing tactics to manage that resistance, monitoring progress, and adjusting plans as needed. Coaching and developing individuals and teams through times of change, providing support and the skills to successfully navigate through periods of change.

Vision, Values, Strategy and Culture alignment

Focusing on the alignment between the organisations vision and strategies and their values and culture. Defining what living the vision and values are reflected in the organisations culture (the way we do things around here…)

Behaviour Based Safety programs (including Safety Leadership

Improving safety in the workplace by addressing human behaviour as it relates to safety. Focusing on improving individual and team behaviours and building a culture of safety within the workplace. ​
